All Mini-Stores are required to have:

• Business Certification with the State of PA either as a Domestic or Foreign Corporate Entity
• Articles of Incorporation
• Fictitious Business Name Statement
• Business General Liability Insurance
• Other Insurance As Needed for Specific Type
• Reseller Permit - if Reselling

Space rental rates depend on space required.

• Small - usually display only limited to about 4 feet wide. Enough for display case and video screen.
• Medium - larger display of goods and services that can accommodate one staff member
• Large - large amount of inventory, floor to ceiling shelves, and room for 1 - 3 staff members.
• Office - Desk, chair, and file cubicle sized space including shelves on walls for inventory & supply storage.
• Storage - Basement storage space for inventory negotiated as available.
